What Causes Nausea And Pain Around The Belly Button?

Missed period today s second day past missed. Have pain (not bad at all) under belly button & right side almost. I woke up the last 3 days with an upset stomach and feeling nausea but don t throw up. I had sex the 6th and have felt this way I think starting the day before I was due for period. Today s the 11th. Period was due 10th at the latest. I keep feeling like I will be sick if anyone presses on my throat. But I feel like I will have my period but then I still don t. I have never been late or missed before. It s super confusing. My breasts Arnt sore like they usually are either. My tummy is making noises which makes me think period. But I m honestly super confused and have no clue what to make of it.

Noted your history of missing the periods today and having mild pain under belly button, upset stomach and nausea which wake you up. You keep feeling that you will be sick if someone presses on your throat and have periods too. Tummy is making noises and are confused.
I would advise you in such a situation the following:
Wait for more days and have urinary pregnancy test to have proper knowledge about the pregnancy.
Secondly, send sample of stool and blood to see whether there is any infection or not.
Clinical evaluation and investigations will help to see whether you are pregnant or not.
If not get a proper treatment for the intestinal problems by proper course of antibiotic and supportive treatment.
