What Causes Nausea And Vomiting After Eating?

I'm on quite a hevy period. I've barely eaten 1.5 passion fruits a tiny bite out of an apple and three sips out of green tea. I feel to vomit making all the gagging things but I just can't. And I've lost a lot of weight in the past few days because of my heavy period not making me feel well. I'm 13 and feel really concerned! I used to weigh 45 now I weigh 42 I've lost 2 kg of not eating. But when I eat I lose my appetite and feel as if I'm forcing my food down. Please help me

Hello, first at all 2 kg is not an important weight lost in medicine. I'd like to know if you have stomach ache after eating and when in time (minutes or ours). If nausea is a lonely symptom then I think it could be something of psycological your vomiting. A charged period?! So you can write me back again.
