What Causes Nausea And Vomiting Along With Abdominal Bloating?

I am a 20 year old female I had my last regular cycle on May 17th I am usually very regular and my cycle last for 2 to 3 days. On may 20th we tried to have sex but didn t because it hurt me because it had been a while. He had won a condom and did not ejaculate in me. On June 1st we did foreplay just fingering. On June 10th I started spotting. the next day I bled like a light period which was bright red in color and with a few clots. Changed three pads that day. The next day I did not even spot . The day after that I bled very lightly for a couple of hours. This was four days before my expected period date. I did not even experience my usual pms symptoms. On June 23rd I experienced cramping and spotting with clots. This is highly unusual for me and I do not know what to do. No nausea or vomiting or food aversions. Slightly bloated and feel sleepy a lot. Breasts have become very slightly bigger. Have not taken a pregnancy test yet. Please guide me. Could I really be pregnant? We did not even have sex.
