What Causes Nausea And Yellow Stool While Treating Food Poisoning?
I recently had food poisoning (5 days ago) and now I wake up feeling nauseated, have metallic smelling bowel movements which appear green/yellow, and foul smelling gas. Mornings are the worst, and things progressively get better until evening - when I feel fine. This has been going on for about 3 days. What could be the cause?
