What Causes Nausea During Bowel Movement?

Hello Doctor, I am a 40 year old woman. For as long as I can remember every time I have to have a BM I am nauseated. To be honest that is how I know that I have to go. I just had a physical, all of my labs came back normal. So what is causing this nauseated feeling?

Nausea isn't related to ur bowel movement. Describe if u r having any other symptoms, nausea after eating anything or when fasting? Any other symptoms?
