Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
hi, i'm a 17 year old girl. i have had nausea for the past 4 mornings and i have thrown up the last 2 mornings. the nausea only happens in the morning and persists into the early afternoon but by evening i can eat just fine. before you assume morning sickness, i'm still a virgin.
I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your stomach upset in morning.
A girl of your age without pregnancy can have some different causes for morning nausea and vomiting.
1). Gastro esophageal reflux disease is the most important one, where acid from stomach can regurgitate into throat and cause morning vomiting because of irritation to upper.
2). Gastritis is another important cause, if you feel Hungary or have Hungar pain in morning hours.
3). Late night smoking, hypoglycemia are also associated causes, sometimes anxiety too.
You need you single out one the cause and approach to your general physician for further evaluation during mean time you may take pantoprazole with domperidone in early morning empty stomach.
Hope my answer will help you and visit us back if you have any further assistance needed.
Regards Dr Muzaffer Hussain Parray.
