What Causes Nausea, Headache, Loss Of Appetite And Enlarged Stomach Without Pregnancy?

Hello okay this is my situation iam 30 years old I was with a guy sexually once in august since then I have been kind of ill nausea headaches loss of appetite but not so much anymore but it's been 4 months and my stomach is growing and it's more tense I feel something moving I have taken pregnancy test blood test all came out negative had a obgyn see me but they say iam not pregnant they say that i fat or it's probably just gas but I feel like iam pregnant my stomach is significantly large and I feel movement what is it I need help soo confused
