What Causes Nausea, Lethargy And Low Appetite After Eating Burgers?

Hi, some friends and I went out for burgers Saturday and immediately after all of us felt really lethargic and wanted to sleep, some had upset stomachs, I had cramps and felt nauseous, weak and lethargic. I still have no appetite and feel quite run down and tired, some of the other guys have continuing symptoms also.

Hello,
Thankyou for asking ,
It could be gastric infection. All these symptoms can happen due to gastritis ,which is a mild stomach infection.
I would suggest take light food for few days, have plenty of boiled water and you may take tab.domperidone or antacids to relieve these symptoms.
Hope my answer will be helpfull for you.
