What Causes Nausea , Motion Sickness And Fatigue?

Hi, I have been feeling nausea for off on and on for a week now. At first I thought it was just from motion sickness in the car when others drive. Then I thought my body has been tired from all the long hours and early mornings at work. I also blamed it on virtigo. However, Now im terrified my head started hurting today, My body felt fatigue with heavy, all smells are irritants (I'm already sensative to all scents), and now I threw up gray-purplish slime. I had a large cup of coffee, pancakes, choclate cake, raviloies, water, salad, chocalte mint creame candy, a McChiken sandwhich and thats all.
