What Causes Nausea , Stomach Pain And Diarrhea?

Hi for about a week and a half now I've had mild nausea (that comes and goes), diarrhea, and stomach pains. I was getting better yesterday but I had some porridge that same day and now I feel back at square one lol. Could anyone tell me what's possibly wrong with me?

Your symptoms seem to be related to a viral infection.

Some advice that I can give to you is:
-Take over the counter option like Imodium drug
-Use probiotic supplements
-Drink liquid
-Eat a healthy diet
