What Causes Nausea, Vomiting, Blood And Pain In Urination?

I have been experiencing extreme nausea vomiting and tiredness and lethargy I had positive for a uti but when they grew it out there was nothing to the culture and yet I still am having issues with that blood in my urine and pain at the end of urinating.

As per your symptoms in the query it is likely to be a stone in the urinary tract.
kindly do a ultrasound to rule out the issue.commonest symptom for blood in urine seems to be urinary tract infection and kidney stones.
