What Causes Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Irritable Bowel At Times For 81 Year Old?

My mother is 81 and has had periods of nausea and vomiting and diarrhea. This has been off and on for three weeks. We are just getting some blood work and she also lives in independent living care facility. No fever but mild low blood pressure . She gets like irritable bowel at times as well but not with vomiting

Hi,
From history it seems that she might be having gastro-enteritis giving this problem.
It is possible that this might be due to food contamination.
Give her medicine like ofloxacilin, tinidazole combination medicine and medicine for vomiting.
Give her light diet like curd, rice, buttermilk.
Give her enough water, electorlytes and ORS liquid to prevent dehydration.
Ok and take care.
