What Causes Nausea , Vomiting , Stomach Pain And Diarrhea?

My grand daughter has theses symptoms. Nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, diarrhea, heartburn, bloating, hot flashes, paleness of face, weight loss, excessive sweating, cold intolerance, joint pain, muscle pain, fatigue, light headed, passing out, rapid heartbeat, low blood pressure, chest pains, frequent urination, hesitancy in urination. Also asthma like symptoms during exercise. She vomits if she eats anything, or even when she doesn t eat. She has had an endoscopy all was good. Still waiting for pathology report. Upper G.I. was okay. All her blood work was good too. She does not have all these symptoms all the time, but has many of them all the time.

Understanding your concern. As per your query your granddaughter have symptoms of nausea , vomiting , stomach pain and diarrhea. Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to many reasons like food poisoning , food allergy, improper digestion of food, gas , acid reflux , infection of digestive system, stomach flu or colic. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to give child proper rest. You should give her sips of water or other clear fluids, avoid solid foods for a few hours try small amounts of mild foods such as rice and do not give your child foods or drinks caffeine , carbonated beverages , citrus and dairy products. Give child probiotics. If condition doesn't get better then consult pediatrician for proper examination. Doctor may prescribe antiemetic drug , antibiotics ,analgesic and antacid.
