What Causes Nausea When Suffering From Dilated Cardiomypathy And COPD?

husband has Dilated Cardiomypathy, COPD, PAD, and Diabeties. He is starting to feel bad (yucky) in the evenings. In the past 3 weeks, he has had 3 episodes. He is refusing to go to a doctor so I am trying to find out as much as I can. He is 68 years old

Hello and thanks for your question. There are many things that can cause nausea. In his case, he is at high risk for heart attack and sometimes nausea can be a symptoms of blockages in the heart. He really needs to see a doctor as soon as possible.
