What Causes Nausea While On Atenolol?

I have aches that have come on gradually over the last two days and are not relieved with Advil, or ice, Mid back ache, up back of neck into head onto top of head. Almost onto forehead. Ears are ringing like crazy. Slight nausea. it almost feels like sinus pressure in my forehead between my eyebrows, but noting helps. No fever. I take a very low dose of Atenolol every day and have been having mixed flutters but only slightly more than normal for me.
