What Causes Nausea With Gurgling Sound?

I've been feeling nauseated and experiencing loud gurgling noises the past several days within minutes of eating...sometimes I feel empty as if I haven't eaten. I also experienced vomiting one of these days. I am a gastric bypass patient, so, of course I am very concerned, but should I be?
