What Causes Nausea,diarrhea And Vomiting With Stomach Pain?
The last 3 weeks ive been experiencing nausea spontaneous diarrhoea and last night i woke up at 2 am and vomited, my heart was beating erratically and my head was exploding. Im suffering from severe stomach cramping constantly and when i eat my stomach goes slighty hard and i feel a lot of pressure. Ive lost some weight and have lost my appetite. Any ideas whats wrong?

Take Tab. Itopride 50mg thrice daily before meals and Cap Esomeprazole 40mg once daily before meals for 2 weeks. You will be fine
