What Causes Nausea, diarrhea, lower Back Pain And Cloudy Urine?

I think I may have early signs of a kidney infection but not too sure... my lower back and sides are tender but it does not hurt like before. I feel a little nauseous but can't throw up because I have not eaten anything today... No fever... Chills every now and then... Tired... No blood in urine, but is cloudy and smells bad... No pain while urinating, but have diarrhoea... Can you help... The pain is not unbearable... I don't know if I need to go to the era...

Hi. You may have a complicated lower UTI (urinary tract infection) or perhaps something called pyelonephritis (upper urinary tract infection or kidney infection). Fevers and chills may be suggestive of pyelonephritis.
Sometimes kidney stones that obstruct the urinary tract can cause similar symptoms and infection.
I would suggest seeing your healthcare provider who can check your urine and possibly order a CT scan of your abdomen/pelvis and blood work to confirm the diagnosis. Hope this helps.
