What Causes Nausea,distension Of Stomach And Negative Pregnancy Test?

I have been experiencing slight all day nausea, sensitivity to smells, a dull back ache and a swollen stomach below the navel (had some tension/pulling in the stomach a few days ago as well. Pregnancy test negative. If pregnant, this would put me at 16 weeks.

I Understand your query, symptoms are non-specific for any diagnosis. Since urine pregnancy test is negative you can't be pregnant. For specific diagnosis get the ultrasound done and consult gynecologist to rule out fibroid or ovarian mass.
