What Causes Nausea,dizziness And High Heart Beat?
what can I do I have a pacemaker and am paced at 100%. I also have hypotension due to low blood volume. most of the evening I have been lighthead and dizzy. I have fallen numerous times tonight. I feel nauseated. I have also been feeling my pounding in my chest and throat. I have been to the Dr before when this happens but they never have any answers. they just run tests then send me home not any different. what should I do?

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I would like to say that your are a cardiac patient and have to be more careful in all the way just take care of your health, drink more water have a balance diet, you have not mentioned your age and gender this was necessary here to advise you in better way, take care and have a nice day.
