What Causes Nausea,heartburn And Abdominal Distension?

My stomach has been swollen for about 2 days now, and I have a lot of cramping, especially in my lower abdomen. On the right side of my stomach, i have been feeling a burning sensation. And, I have been having a lot of heart burns, and I feel nauseated. What could it possibly be?

By your history and description, possibility of acute gastritis is more likely.
So avoid hot and spicy food. Avoid junk food. Avoid large meals, instead take frequent small.
Take pantoprazole (antacid) and levosulperide (prokinetic) combination twice daily on empty stomach.
Go for walking after meals. Avoid sleeping after meals.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
