Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of nausea, hiccoughs, difficulty in breathing, can not keep anything in the stomach, Medications tried Omeprazole and Cyclizine but not helping.
I would advise in such a situation the following:
We need to have a proper diagnosis of the case for planning the proper treatment as you are unable eat and retain also.
You should get admitted in the hospital for maintaining proper hydration and electrolyte balance.
Upper GI endoscopy to see whether there is severe esophagitis, hiatus hernia gastritis and duodenitis.
Ultrasonography to see whether there is a sub-diaphragmatic collection, hepatitis with abscess or so on.
Tests of blood, urine and stool.
A good clinical examination and correlation of the clinical findings with reports, to get a proper diagnosis and proper plan of treatment.
