What Causes Nausea,hot Flashes And Slight Dizziness ?

Hi, I am Diabetic, and over the last month or so, I am having daily nausea, accompanied by hot flashes and slight dizziness at times. I typically have this in the morning after I wake up, and at night before bed. I am not pregnant. What could this be?

dear madam I understand your concern.the symptoms look like hypoglycemia.i suggest you to check your blood sugar when ever you feel like this.kindly check your hemoglobin levels also it may be due to low hemoglobin also some times.......kindly get back to me.....regards
