What Causes Nausea,lightheadedness,fainting And Stomach Bloating?

Feeling nauseous, lightheaded, fainted this past Saturday morning, snacking like crazy, daily sinus pressure headaches. More tired than normal. Just a bit off altogether. Last cycle start date was on the 1st of this month. Still a bit bloated at & just below belly button. Any ideas?

I really appreciate your concern, non of the symptoms indicative of any serious illness but it could be due to hyperacidity and anxiety and depression so try to come out of this and Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 20 mg can be tried hope this information helps.
