General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

If the possible infection of GI tract is eliminated, most possible issues are gallbladder dyspepsia, liver issues or others.

Primary care with antiemetic as ondansetron, PPI as pantoprazole and Mylanta syrup.

Later on requires definite systemic evaluation to find out the cause and treat in accordance to that only.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
General Surgeon
