What Causes Neck Pain And Tingling Sensation In The Arms?
Hi, I have been experiencing neck pain. At night I wake up with my right arm numb, hands tingling and it can be very painful. Also, when I am sitting, I will experience sharp pains in my neck and my right shoulder is constantly sore and am experiencing minimal movement, or when I do move it, it is painful. Should I see my primary care Dr. or a chiropractor?

Hence acute neuritis, nerve entrapment or spinal problem like Spondylosis or spondylitis can be there
Vitamin deficiency also should be ruled out but it seems less likely here
