What Causes Neck Pain With Insomnia?

Hi I have been having a pain in the back of my neck for a year. With that pain comes a stabbing sensation up the back middle part of my head. Also aches and pains on and off all over. I was doing some heavy lifting 5 yrs ago and felt a pop in my spinal cord about the middle of my back along with a little pain. It went away for the most part. Occasionally it feels like a little pinch. Im not sure if that has anything to do with it because at the same time im losing muscle mass. Also my breast become extremely tender a week before my cycle..before a year ago that never happened.. I have been having extreme insomnia.. its driving me mad.. I have no insurance so I simply cant see the doc ;(... Please help!!! Im a 30 year old female

Hello,

The neck pain that you have can be related to spondylotic changes in the cervical spine. Do get an MRI scan of the neck done for proper diagnosis.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
