What Causes Nerve Damage In The Right Leg While On Arthritis Medication?

I have nerve damage in right top of leg I am on tramadol 50 mg which I take once a day I also take 1 Aleve in the morning and one at night for arthritis age 73 diabetic for 45 years tested for neuorophy dont have if I dont take these pills burning unbearable in spot on right leg u cannot see anything the fire is so bad I have to use burn get and sometimes sleep with ice bag whole body has inflamation.

The nerve damage is not related to the arthritis medication. It can happen due to spondylotic changes in the spine.
