What Causes Night Sweats And IBS After An Unprotected Sex?

Hi, I am a 31 year old male. I had unprotected drunken sex with a suspected drug user last october 28th 2010. I didnt ejaculate inside her but she did say it was that time of the month for her. I did not observe any blood after sex. For the past few months I have had pretty much every symptom of HIV from flu like symptoms, sore/burning sensations in the muscles in my calfs, very bad night sweats - particulary my head and chest area, swollen lymph nodes in my neck and more recently - last 2 months or so - upper body redness of skin and itchy like hives in different areas on my body. I also have a strange pressure sensation in my ears that sort of comes and goes but is a daily occurance. I have had a HIV test amongst others on a monthly basis and every month this has come back negative which is obviously promising but nevertheless my symptoms are still around. I also have a dull pain in my left lower abdomen that has been present for the last 4-5 months as well and is painful when pressed. Ultrasounds have shown nothing (3 in fact) except one time the doctor said there was a slight inflamation but nothing to worry about and gave me antibiotics and told me to eat more vegetables...he was hinting at irritable bowel syndrome. I am quite worried that after quite a bit of money spent, my location being the Middle East (Bahrain) and after seeing 3 different doctors nobody can seem to figure to figure out what is wrong with me. The nitesweats are very severe and my pillow is absolutly soaked on a nightly basis and wakes me up from being so wet - the itcy hives are always present as is the dull pain in my stomach and I am nearing my wits end trying to figure out what to do....it is now April 5th and I just had my latest HIV test 2 days ago which came back negative. Any advice would be much appreciated.
