What Causes Night Sweats During Room Temperatures?

toddler, 22 month old grand daughter, head is sweating profusley while she sleeps.... no fever... room temp between 72 - 75... will get cooler as night progresses... cold water humidifier in use... is this normal or should I be concerned about anything?

Hi.... some times excessive sweating could be a manifestation of sympathetic over activity. Some times this can be a forerunner off hyper reactive Airway disease otherwise a wheezng disorder. If she is not coughing continuously and if she is not Breathless you need not worry about it. But if any of these symptoms develop I suggest you consult your pediatrician regarding this.
