Hello,

Digestive dysfunction may cause such symptoms of fatigue.

If it is the only fatigue and not symptoms of fever, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea are there, then it is nothing to worry because symptom could be due to dyspepsia, in another word it could be due to hyperacidity and it can be well managed with tablet Rabiprazole once in day.

Sometimes, it may be geriatric symptoms and for that, I would suggest to see the physician there she may requires some investigations if not responded to suggested treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
