What Causes Noise In My Stomach After Taking Antibiotics?

I had a bacterial infection in my stomach last year they give me two types of antibiotics ever since I have had a noise on my left side of my stomach lots of gas and dieareah and when I try to go to sleep at night and iam relaxs its not a pain but I feel like a pushing sensation coming up from my stomach been to the er lots of time but every thing comes back normal, have no gallballer,

noisy abdomen with diarrhoea can be caused by infection, food poisoning, motility disorder or food allergy and intolerance it particular food like diary products and lactose intolerance.

If I were your treating doctor I would have asked you for a battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin, CBC Liver and kidney function test blood sugar and an ultrasound or an stool test to confirm.the diagnosis.

I would advise you to take anti acidity medicines like pantoprazole and antacids.
If you can tell me what all medicines you have taken than I will be able to tell you more precisely.
