What Causes Nose Bleed After Suffering A Head Injury?

hi. my son was sledding 12days ago..hit his head on a small bush branch...went to doctor and he said everything was ok. Shows no symptoms..but this morning he woke up with a bloody nose which he sometimes gets every few months. Should I be concerned?

He needs Evaluation by an ENT Surgeon to find the site of Bleed and whether there is an injury to Cribriform Plate of his Skull
