What Causes Nose Bleed And Discomfort While Swallowing?

Hello, i dont know how this works. Im 27 years old, im a smoker. i´ve been having some nose bleeding (only on my left side), black spots on my saliva(besides it being thicker) and a little disconfort on the left side of my throat when i swallow, i will go to a doctor but i would really like to know what could cause all theses symptoms and how to take care meanwhile. (excuse me if my english is difficult to understand, its not my native languaje). Thank you!

You r a smoker u hv some black spot n sore throat all these r not good signs for a smoker. You need immediate action, alarming. Consult a ent specialist at the earliest. Do saline gurgling take a antistyptic to prevent bleeding most important stop smoking.
