What Causes Nose Bleeding With Itchy Rash On The Thighs?

my 10 year old son had a nose bleed for about 5 min now on both upper thighs he has a raised itchy rash I have given him a bynadryl and a oatmeal bath The itch has subsided and rash is still there but calm no sore throat but the tounge does look a bit white He has not really been sick vomiting ect

in my opinion your son is suffering from some blood coagulation disorder. nasal bleed is due to that. and rash in thigh are result of clotted blood present subcutaneously. I would recommend you to see an hematologist nearby and get coagulation profile done. if nasal bleed is severe, nasal packing should be done.mild bleed would stop with botroclot nasal drop.
