What Causes Nose Bleeds In 3 1/2 Year Kid?

My 3 1/2 daughter had nose bleed for few days already....last few days only once or twice a day but today is up to 4 times already. We went to the family doctor two days ago and he told us to buy secaris coz there are scratches inside my daughter's nose. I did use the secaris on my daughter but it seems like not working. My daughter drinks plenty of water everyday and we do have a humidifier at home, I just don't understand why she can have nose bleeds for so many times in a day. Pls help.

Pediatrician 's  Response
Thanks for the query, most of the times it is normal , just because of forcible blowing of nosr or nose picking.
Tell me wheather she is on any medication or she is having some blood disorder.
If no , then nothing to worry, just apply pressure on local area when bleeding & lay her down in supine position.
Use saline nasal drops 3-4 times a day after blood stops.
