What Causes Nose Bloods And Twitching Near Eyes?

I have a friend who currently takes medicines for seizures & has for years & its basically controlled. The last several months she has been having nose bleeds & sometimes it seems as if its not gonna stop but of course it does. She also states in those nose bleeds there are some clots too. The last couple months she said she has started twitching above her right eye & below & to the side of her right eye down the side of her nose. No pain associated but very annoying. Should this be a concern for her or could there be a possible underlying condition developing or could it be due to the seizure meds she has taken for years?? She is 39 weighs about 140 & is 5'8" tall. She started having seizures when she was 8. She was diagnosed as epileptic.
