ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi, this is called coryza-acute viral rhinitis syndrome.
Due to increased nasal congestion nasal stuffiness you may feel heavy nose, blocked nose. It leads to reduced ventilation to middle ear through the tube connecting nose and ear that is eustachian tube which causes ear blockage and hard of hearing. When the viral toxins mixed in blood causes inner ear inflammation that is labyrinthitis causes disequilibrium and dizziness which is transient.
All the symptoms will set go by itself in 7-10 days.
Do steam inhallation on the first day itself twice daily- which relieves most of these symptoms. take care
