What Causes Nosebleed In A Baby After Falling Down?
hi there my baby fall down yesterday in a 5 steps ...and then i got here i noticed that her nose bleed in just little bleed..she s acting normally, and do the same things as a baby. but then im worried about what happen can you give some advice how what im going to do.
Thanks for the query. The nose is rich with tiny blood vessels that gush pretty easily, especially when they’re dry or irritated. Staying calm is step one since your toddler will take his cues from you. Keep his head higher than his heart. Gently wipe away the visible blood, and try to get your child to blow (not too hard) into a tissue. Don’t place anything inside the nose, like cotton balls, tissue, or gauze. Pinch the soft parts of the nose (not the bony part).
If the bleeding stops within 5 to 15 mins, nothing to worry otherwise see a doctor.
