What Causes Not Closed Fontanelle In Kids?

Hi, my son just turned 2 but his fontannelle is still not closed. His head circumference has been in the 90th percentile since birth. he is only walked when he turned 16 months and recently just completed all his teeth growth. he can walk up the stairs and down on his own and is able to make a phrase with more than 3 words now. Should I be concerned about his fontanelle not closing at this age?

Open fontanel may be the sign of poor nutrition with vitamin D deficiency.
Supplement vitamin D with recommended full therapeutic doses of Vit D it is available in the form of powder. drops and injections also.
Sun light exposure regularly is important to get the proper development of bones.
