Hello
thanks for using health care magic

there are a number possible causes that could explained your condition.
the first being vascular problems. You need to be screened at least for diabetes, and hypertension which are the common causes of vascular problems. Hypertension and diabetes are leading causes of atherosclerosis in which substances get deposited at the walls of vessels thus reducing the lumen of those vessels.

Obesity as well is a predisposing factor for atherosclerosis and if you are obese or have high cholesterol level, it need to be checked.

Another possibility could be irritation of nerves. All these, you need to get examined by a doctor.

Best regards
