Hi Welcome to healhcaremagic After going through your query I concluded that you are most likely having chronic backache. It has been better with taking analgesic. But now you are feeling numbness and radiating pain in lower limbs. It seems to be due to compressive neuropathy most probably disc prolapse.Bed rest in advisable to relieve symptoms. You can continue with analgesic. Mecobalamine is useful in relief. You can discuss with your Doctor about it. Hope your query get answered.
