Hi I have numbness and pain on the lower right side if my abdomen as well as the lower right side of my hip and back. It is painful to touch and is exasterbated with movement. Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you have numbness of right side of hip and thigh . Most common cause of it can be disc prolapse. Other causes can be lumbar spondylosis. These causes can be differentiated by MRI of lumbar spine.You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you found something helpful.
