Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear sir I can understand your concern
I am very sorry for your condition.
in my opinion most of your symptoms look like Diabetic neuropathy
i suggest you to meet a Diabetologist and consider undergoing test like VPT and pressure analysis of foot
he may suggest you medications like ALA and neurobion
