What Causes Numbness And Tingling Sensation In The Foot?

I have been having a numb, tingling foot. I have seen a foot Dr and he said my foot was fine that it was coming from my back. Most likely a pinch nerve that I needed to see a chiropractor. I have been going for about 3 weeks. So far it is the same. Also, they ruled out neuropathy. What is your opinion?
