Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

As most cases post disc surgery have some residual symptoms which can be taken care of by the use of exercise and improve the quality of life.

The exercise which I will advice you are - core stability, spinal muscle strengthening exercises, hip muscle strengthening exercises, breathing exercises, static hamstring, static quadriceps, straight leg raise, ankle toe movements, bridging exercise, etc.

If you feel then you can take help from a competitive physiotherapist who can help you perform exercise well and get results. If undergoing a proper exercise session under a physiotherapist than max by 10-15 sessions you should be perfectly alright.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Jay Indravadan Patel, Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist
