Radiologist 's  Response
Hello,

It seems there is something wrong with your balance centre which is in the base of the brain and the inside of the ears.
In my practice, I would advise you to have an MRI of the brain to see what is going on. This would help to know the exact cause of the symptoms you are feeling and get us on the path to treatment and recovery.

Get well soon.

Neurologist Dr. HITESH KUMAR's  Response
Losing balance can occur due to many causes. It can be orthostatic hypotension, neuropathy, or brain lesion specially in cerebellum area. As you say your head is hurting last days, I advice you to get MRI Brain, and also consultation iwth neurologist to evaluate you for cause of fall.
