Hi , my sister is an 82 yr. old woman. Many evenings when she is more tired she experiences a numb feeling under her nose. This has been going on now for over a year. What could cause this and how can she get rid of it?? She has no computer and asked me to write this in to you. Thanks for your help.
Detailed explanation, 1. I seen your query and I am happy to help you. You mentioned her age is 82 and having numbness at the tip of the nose since 1 year 2. This is due to decrease in blood supply at that site which is quite common at the site of hands, legs extremities like tip of the nose due to diabetes 3. Please check the fasting blood sugar and also post prandial blood for better health 4. If blood sugar with in normal limits then scan for blood supply at the site of numbness
