What Causes Numbness In Right Arm?

Thank you...I have numbness in my right arm - mostly from the should to the elbow...is this something I should be concerned about or have it checked now - could it be heart related. I am a 79 year old female with no history of heart problems but, have had an extended problem with sinus and inner ear infection in the right ear. This numbness started a few hrs. ago and I am a bit concerned.

mostly a cervical disc lesion or spondylosis ...get an xray and MRI done..
hit packs on your neck will relax your muscles and reduce the numbness.
