What Causes Numbness In The Arm, Weak Hands And Chest Pain?

Have been having left arm going numb, also my left hand has been feeling weaker than usual. My neck has been having crackling noises every now and then, and I often feel dizzy/about to throw up, I wake up every morning feeling tired and sometimes my chest hurts. If you know what any of this might be, please help. I was told it was my anxiety, but have a hard time believing it..
